Villa Lavinia is located in North-West Sicily, in the Valley of Grotticelli, on a high ground surrounded by rolling hills and overlooking the coast from Punta Raisi to Scopello.
It is located 7 km from the beach and Scopello, a charming seaside village famous for the beautiful bay of Guidaloca, and 10 km from Castellammare del Golfo, a seaside town on the slopes of Mount Inici, boasting an interesting Arab-Norman castle.
The Zingaro Reserve, about 7 km away, is a vast protected area close to the sea that enchants visitors with its paradisiacal nature, the paths, the panoramic views and the seabed with crystal blue waters.
The strategic position of the villa makes it an excellent base if you want to explore the north-west area of the island.
