A kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave and wine cellar also offers an audio system.
The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning, wall fan and smart satellite TV.

The ground floor of the villa consists of a 50 sqm loft which offers a living area and a bedroom with bathroom.
Overlooking the garden and swimming pool, it has an outdoor patio furnished with table and chairs that enjoys sea views.
It has a kitchenette with oven, fridge and freezer, dining table, sofa bed and TV.
A bathroom with big size shower and chromotherapy.

La Villa di Sofia is located in Santa Flavia (3 km), the summer residential area of Bagheria, just 150 m from the sea, 18 km from Palermo, on the northern coast of Sicily.
Built in 1880, the Capo Zafferano lighthouse was a military garrison during the last two world wars; today it has become a half for relaxing walks where you can go to enjoy a beautiful view of the Gulf of Palermo.
