The villa, in a hilly position, enjoys a beautiful view of the Hyblaean coast and the countryside.
On one level, it is part of a larger housde but guarantees guests total privacy.
The swimming pool (4 x 12), for the exclusive use of guests, has a large solarium with deck chairs, while a green area with lawn embellishes the exteriors.
The pool also has a specific area for children (30 cm high) and can also be fenced off with a safety net for children (for an extra fee).
A terrace equipped with garden lounges also offers a dining area with a cane canopy and a dining table for 8 people.

Position
The villa stands on a hill in a panoramic position, in the province of Ragusa, in south-eastern Sicily. It is located in a countryside area just 4 km from the fine golden sandy beaches of Donnalucata, 9 km from Scicli and Marina di Ragusa.
In the area, in addition to the pretty village of Donnalucata, there are many beaches including the Irminio River Reserve and Playa Grande and Marina di Ragusa. A few kilometres from the house are also the picturesque villages of Sampieri and Punta Secca (where the house of Inspector Montalbano is) and a 15-minute drive away is Ragusa Ibla.
In about 30 minutes by car, you can reach the other baroque cities of Noto, Modica, and Ispica, in an hour by car Syracuse with the archaeological park and the island of Ortigia. From the villa it is also very easy to reach the Cavagrande del Cassibile Reserve, that of Vendicari and the nearby village of Marzamemi, the beach of Pozzallo, blue flag of Legambiente 2015, the Caves of Ispica, Caltagirone and the archaeological-naturalistic site of Pantalica.
Donnafugata Castle is 25 km away and Comiso "Pio La Torre" airport is 40 km from the villa.
