This beach villa stands on a cliff, 20 metres from the sandy beach of Torre di Mezzo, a seaside village near Punta Secca (2 km), 8 km from Marina di Ragusa, along the southeastern coast of Sicily, in the province of Ragusa. The beach of Torre di Mezzo, dominated by the ruins of an ancient watchtower, is a wide bay of golden sand, bordered by two rock-cliffs, with a crystalline sea. In this secluded and quiet beach for most of the year, is the Piper beach club, also suitable for children, which becomes a romantic and quiet restaurant on the beach by night. The beach villa is a few minutes’ drive from the beaches of Punta Secca, famous for the house of Inspector Montalbano, 6 km from the Randello Nature Reserve and 10 km from the Archaeological Park of Kamarina.
Not far away are the beautiful beaches of Caucana (4 km), Marina di Ragusa (8 km), Donnalucata (16 km), Cava d'Aliga (24 km) and Sampieri (28 km).
