The beach of Trappeto is located in the north of Sicily, about 50 km west from Palermo. Its long beach of golden and fine sand extends for about 3 km, just a few steps from the centre of Trappeto, a sea village overlooking the Gulf of Castellammare. This is a free access beach, offering also different beach clubs where you can chill out, having lunch or dinner for a reasonable price and renting sun loungers and beach umbrellas. The seabed is low near the shore, which is repaired by breakwater making the sea almost calm and ideal to swim, even if sometimes the area is windy. Behind the beach there is a parking area.
