The beach of Eloro is about 43 km from Syracuse, along the eastern coast of Sicily, between Noto and Marzamemi. It can be reached from the northern entrance of the Nature Reserve of Vendicari. The golden sandy beach is located 300 m from a parking space with affordable prices: € 2.50 for cars, € 1.50 for motorcycles and € 5.00 for campers.
The sea that laps this beach is limpid and crystalline with shallow waters sloping gently towards the open sea. In the area of the mouth of the river Tellaro, south of the beach, the coastline becomes rocky. Along the path leading to the beach, you can admire the remains of the Greek theatre and the ancient city of Eloro.
