The villa rises on the beach of Granelli, a sandy beach between the provinces of Ragusa and Siracusa. It overlooks the bay of Porto Ulisse and is located 6 km from the beach of San Lorenzo, 10 km from the bay of Calamosche and 18 km from the beach of Isola delle Correnti, a very charming coast where the Mediterranean and the Ionian Seas join up.
The Vendicari Nature Reserve is 18 km from the villa: it is a beautiful natural oasis, covering more than 1.500 hectares of land and hosting several species of plants and animals, archaeological ruins, landscapes and a wide golden sandy beach touched by a crystalline sea.
The villa is 7 km from Marzamemi and 18 km from Portopalo di Capo Passero, two famous sea hamlets along the coast, and boasts a perfect position to visit the main tourist places in the the South East of Sicily (Siracusa, Noto, Ragusa Ibla, Modica and Scicli) and join the sea of the coast that goes from Pozzallo to Marzamemi.
