Located a few steps from the beach, the villa has simple but refined interiors, furnished in a Mediterranean style, with fine finishes (typical terracotta floor, quality ceramics, pitched birch and fir wood canopy with ancient Sicilian tiles, walls in Mediterranean style) and design furnishing accessories.
On 3 levels, it offers a total of 16 beds, distributed in 6 bedrooms (4 double and 2 quadruple) and 6 bathrooms.
The living area consists of a large and bright living room with lounge and smart TV.
A kitchen, with dining area equipped with table and chairs, offers fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine.

The sleeping area consists of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms:
- On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, each with an internal bathroom with shower: one with double bed and one quadruple with a double bed and two single beds;
- On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, all 3 with double bed. One of these has an en suite bathroom with tub / shower. The other 2 have a shared bathroom with tub / shower;
- On the second floor attic, there is a double bedroom with external bathroom and shower. The room has a terrace with solarium and sea views.

Villa Alba is located 150 m from the beach, in Fontane Bianche, in the province of Syracuse, the pearl of south-eastern Sicily. Fontane Bianche, which is 12 km from Syracuse, is an appreciated and renowned holiday resort for the quality of its waters and the beauty of its coastline. It owes its name to the presence of numerous sources of fresh and clear water and is the longest beach in the Syracusan area. Bordered to the east and west by two rocky ridges, it is a bay with an almost always calm and flat sea. Characterized by villas and many green areas, it boasts the presence of a pine forest behind the beach which is also home to numerous lidos. Thanks to its light and fine sand and shallow waters particularly suitable for families with children, Fontane Bianche is a point of reference among the Sicilian bathing areas in the summer season.
