Minerva Villa is located in Casuzze (in the borough of Santa Croce Camerina, Province of Ragusa), in Via Isernia 15, approximately 600 meters from the sea and not far from Marina di Ragusa.
Casuzze is a small seaside town between Marina di Ragusa(3km) and Punta Secca (3,3 km). Punta Secca means "dry landspit" and is well-known for its old lighthouse and for Montalbano's house.
In this area there are public beaches. In particular, the close beaches of Caucana, not so far from the Villa, are strongly recommended.

Description
This property with its lovely garden, large outdoor veranda, gazebo (60 sqm) with outside furniture (rocking chair and sofas) and outdoor shower is the ideal house for a sea holiday and offers you an excellent quality/price ratio.
We provide a home rental service that includes the cleaning of the apartment, the supply of bed linen and bath.

The apartment has 3 double bedrooms furnished with large wardrobes, 2 bathrooms and a spacious living room. The separate kitchen is complete with gas cooker, oven and fridge freezer.
The large veranda with a garden (100 sqm) provides a nice sheltered area from the hot sun and is perfect for dining outside ( large table, external cooking facilities and fridge).

The apartment has not centralised air conditioning ceiling fans, a washing machine and TV.
SKY connection is available using your personal card.
There is a reserved parking space for guests in the central courtyard.
