The villa also offers you a spacious veranda sheltered from the sun and fully furnished in order to give you the possibility to have alfresco lunch and dinner.

DESCRIPTION
It consists of 3 bedrooms - one double room, one twin room and one single room – a spacious dining room with a sofa bed, an independent furnished kitchen provided with gas cooking stove, oven, microwave, fridge and deepfreeze, two bathrooms (one of them with shower), a laundry and a comfortable external shower.

The villa is also equipped with two non - central air conditioners, a washing machine, TV, a large garage and a reserved car-park inside.
