This recently built-up villa offers a wonderful sight over the valley and the stretch of coast going from Marina di Ragusa to Cava d’Aliga.

OUTSIDE DESCRIPTION
Terrace with scenic infinity pool, whose disappearing edges merge together with the landscape and the sea, as if it was suspended in space. The swimming pool, about 80 sqm, is lighted by night and fitted with stereo loudspeakers for the wire radio. A wide well-tended garden, rich in Mediterranean plants and flowers, surrounds the whole villa.
A five-a-side football and tennis court shared with the next villa is available.
