Q: How can I check availability?
A: Send an email request to info@casevacanzepomelia.it or contact via skype or mobile (+39. 329. 59. 59. 548).
Q: How long will I have to wait for a response to my enquiry?
A: You will receive a response to your enquiry within 24 hours.
Q: Can I book on-line?
A: It is possible to check availability and book on line through booking.com where you will find several of our holiday homes from the Case Iblee residence in Marina di Ragusa.

Q: What is the minimum stay required?
A: The bookings are weekly but in low and medium season it is possible to book for 2/3 days. We do not accept bookings for only 1 day.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Yes, pets are generally allowed but it is necessary to request this when you are making your booking.
Q: When are the Holiday homes available from?
A: Our Holiday homes are available all year round.
Q: It is compulsory to make a reservation? How can I make a reservation?
A: Firstly you must send an email or telephone to find out availability, once this has been confirmed for you and you decide to go ahead and book you must send a deposit payment to secure your reservation.
Q: Is it possible to park my car?
A: Generally all our guests are given a parking space. You will need to check the description for your chosen holiday home on this site for exact details.
Q: Is it possible to add an extra bed?
A: No, it is not possible to add extra beds.
Q: Is breakfast included?
A: No, there is no breakfast service included. In your property you will find some cooking necessities and something for your first breakfast (1 bottle of water and Coca cola, salt, oil and vinegar, coffee, sugar, 1 milk, biscuits, crackers, Nutella, jam).

Q: What languages are spoken at reception?
A: Italian and English.
Q: When can I check into my apartment? What time do I have to check out and return the keys?
A: Check-in is usually at 16:00 p.m. Guests must check-out by 11.00 a.m.
Q: Who do I contact if I have a problem with the apartment?
A: Please tell any of our friendly staff and they will endeavour to resolve your problem as soon as possible. You are advised to contact as soon as possible so that they can make the necessary arrangements for the problem to be fixed straight away. Our staff are also available to help and advise you on any other information you may need.
Q: What happens if I damage or break something in my apartment?
A: In this case you must inform one of our staff. The necessary amount will be deducted from your 200 euro deposit you gave at check-in.
Q: Will I have exclusive use of my apartment?
A: Yes, our guests have exclusive use of their apartment. Each apartment has its own private entrance.
Q: How can I pay my balance when I arrive?
A: Your balance can be paid in cash, by cheque, or with credit card through paypal. We no longer accept credit card payments on site.
Q: Are water and electricity consumption, towels, sheets and final clearing all included?
A: Yes, everything is included unless specified otherwise.
Q: Do you exchange currencies?
A: No.
Q: Is the property equipped with everything necessary for cooking?
A: Yes, each property is fitted with a full kitchen and has the necessary crockery.

Q: Will there be someone to give me all the information I may need?
A: During your stay our staff is available to help you with any information you require.
Q: How can I arrive from the airport or central station of Catania?
A: There is a direct bus service to Marina di Ragusa from Catania, to check the timetable please see the Etna trasporti website.
Public transport is often not very reliable so we strongly advise you to rent a car. It is possible to rent a car at the International airport of Catania where there are several car rental companies. This would resolve any problems of getting a transfer to your holiday home destination and back again to Catania (please see the Services page).
Q: Where is the closest car rental company?
A: You will find the closest car rental company in Marina di Ragusa or there are also several in Ragusa. We strongly advise you however to hire your car at the International airport of Catania where you will find all the major car rental companies.
Q: How far are the main tourist sights?
A: We are situated in the South-East of Sicily in the province of Ragusa, part of the Val di Noto. The Val di Noto is the capital of baroque and declared a world heritage site by Unesco. We are in a perfect location for visiting many beautiful towns.
From Marina di Ragusa it is very easy to visit Ragusa Ibla (25 Km), Scicli (12 km), Modica (30 km), Noto (70 km) and all the settings used in "Commissario Montalbano" (a television series based on Andrea Camilleri novels).
The glorious Mount Etna (135 km), the impressive Valle dei Templi at Agrigento (139 km), beautiful Siracusa (106 km) and the picturesque Taormina (182 Km), with its famous Greek theatre are also with easy reach and make a perfect day trip out. Alternatively the port of Pozzallo (32 km), is very close by where you can take a boat to Malta.
