This recently built-up apartment (2009), is only 50 metres away from the sea, in Caucana (or Kaukana). This hamlet is well-known for its excavations and its archaeological park. Nowadays it is a quite holiday resort between Marina di Ragusa (3 Km) and Punta Secca (1 Km), with very fine golden sandy beaches and a crystal-clear sea.

The archaeological park preserves the ruins of this place, where the people who survived the final destruction of the Greek colony of Kamárina (258 a. C.) by Romans escaped.

Description
The apartment, on the first floor with terrace (20 m) is accurately furnished and it is made up of two bedrooms: a double room and a single room.

The kitchen lounge, provided with gas cooking stove, oven, microwave, fridge, deepfreeze and dishwasher, is equipped with a double sofa bed.

In the apartment you can also find a bath with shower, a box room with a washing machine, TV and an air conditioner (in the double room), a private garage for a small-medium car.
